In this constantly-evolving industry, the need for educated and informed community managers has never been greater. Vision is committed to the professional growth of its team, which is evidenced by the various educational opportunities and programs provided by the company to its employees. This includes credentialing offered through Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and Community Association Institute (CAI) and continuing education through our own Vision University. We insure you are provided all the tools necessary to be a successful Community Manager.
We support continuing education for our Community Managers, Administrators, and Accountants through programs such as vendor-sponsored Lunch & Learn presentations, legal seminars on industry topics, team field visits & round table discussions. Our development programs are engaging and relevant and, most of all, fun.

We have carefully identified the capabilities, processes, work ethic, and personal commitment needed to maintain our leadership in a world of endless and sometimes unexpected change. Our focus is developing good judgment practices, critical thinking skills and the daily use of the processes and procedures in place to assist in controlling outcomes during the day-to-day operations of community management.
