CC&R Amendment to Section 10.8.1: The last sentence will read: ''Parking on public or private streets within the Properties is prohibited, except that occasional overflow parking on a community street (where no city signage prohibiting same is displayed) for guests/visitors or other reasonable purposes as defined by the Board of Directors in Rules and Regulations for Parking." Board of Directors: Cumulative Voting is Permitted. In voting for Directors of the Association, each voter (unit) shall be entitled to cast votes equal to the number of board vacancies to be filled. All votes may be given to a single candidate or may be distributed over the slate of candidates in any combination that does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled. If you do not select a candidate, you may still submit your blank ballot in the envelope provided so that it may be used to reach our quorum requirement. Your participation in this process is important.
