The purpose of this is to vote on whether San Tan Ranch Homeowners Association (Association) may continue to regulate the public roadways within the Association. The Association regulates public roadways within the Association, as further set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Pursuant to A.R.S. 33-1818, the Association is required to hold a vote of the membership on the question of whether the Association retains the right to regulate these public roadways. If a majority of a quorum of votes in the Association votes IN FAVOR, then the Association will continue with the right to regulate the public roadways within the Association. Otherwise, the Association will lose the right to regulate the public roadways.
