Hello Neighbors! We’d like to share the 2026 assessment amounts,

which are based on your unit’s square footage:

• 500 sq. ft. – $201.20

• 672 sq. ft. – $270.41

• 800 sq. ft. – $321.92

• 866 sq. ft. – $348.48

• 971 sq. ft. – $390.73

• 1,058 sq. ft. – $425.74

• 1,107 sq. ft. – $445.46

• 1,182 sq. ft. – $475.64

These updates help us continue caring for and improving our community. If you have any questions about your unit, management is happy to help.
