Hello Eight Street Members,

Indigo Paint and Contracting Services will be painting the community in two phases beginning with phase one immediately. Door hangers will be found throughout the community stating the start dates for each unit and section. A general guide to phase one and phase two can be found below.

During this time Indigo Paint & Contracting Services will require your cooperation with the following:

-      Close all blinds/curtains/shutters for privacy

-      Remove all personal belongings, decorations and/or personal items from all patios, walls, entryways, etc.

o    Furniture

o    Plants

o    Bikes

o    Hanging pictures

o    Floor mats

o    Patio shades

-      Keep all children away from painted surfaces

-      Park all vehicles away from applicable building(s) to avoid overspray

Indigo Paint and Contracting will not be responsible for any damages to items not removed from areas to be power washed or painted or to vehicles parked next to identified buildings as stated above. Indigo Contracting will not be responsible for satellite dishes or the cost to readjust the signal if dishes need to be moved during painting.
